..Yes these are all extremely irritating to me.

Instamaters 2/10 - they're annoying, but I can live with them.
Instamaters 5/10 - when they ask ME to go "out with them".
Spammers 9/10 - It's extremely annoying to me and others.
Trolls 10/10 - They have no lives or they'd be doing something else.
people who talk in all lowercase without punctuation 6/10- GO TO SCHOOL.
PEOPLE WHO TALK IN ALL CAPS 10/10 - With or without punctuation, it irks me.
