A admin, even a admin in training, should know, follow and enforce the rules properly. 
Especially following the rules them self, or it tends to show they are not fit to be a admin.

Wait a minute your saying you can become a admin in training by begging the day you joined? (I'm not mad I'm just wondering sorry if it gets any one angry :c) I have asked once with the day I joined, the admins said they are not open and I read a page on the Wolfhome forums that if you want to become a admin, it says all you have to do is respect other users and follow the rules. I've been doing that for about a year now (Maybe I'm a little off). Therefore, I'm asking if there is any places available for me to become a respectful admin assistant anywhere?

No. What I'm saying is, that I don't understand how Leafy could have became an admin by begging. Begging actually hurts your chances. My best suggestion is too keep at what you're doing and keep an eye out for applications. (:
